Emily has been sewing for over 50 years.
She started with clothes for herself and
then her children, then began her needle
work. When she retired in 2000 she
decided to sell her creations. With a
Bachelors Degree from Queens University
in Charlotte, NC, in Art she has designed
many Cross Stitch patterns for several
different companies. She also paints and
has done a lot of new work with the water
base oils. Knitting and crocheting are not
strangers either. Although no longer doing
much in that area, she enjoys her
Sculptured Quilts because she says she
can bring the design to life. She still Cross
Stitches and uses her panels for Lady's
Tote Bags or Pillows. She will also make
valences, curtains, bed ruffles or skirts and
outer shower curtains to your
specifications. Micro Fleece blankets are
another creation.  Each piece she does is a
work of art and is not duplicated. Every
completed piece is signed and dated .  Her
greatest love besides her family and faith
are her Horses. Not being limited to the
horses,  Emily spreads out into many other
subjects, including other animals,
waterscapes, seascapes, Native American
and the American Farm
